We can provide demolition services to take down and remove existing Pre Engineered Steel Buildings. A variety of reasons can cause an existing Red Iron Building needing to be removed. We are Licensed to dismantle metal buildings. When we say that, we want to be clear that there are no explosives being used or wrecking balls swinging around. We simply unbolt and unscrew it and take them down piece by piece. We make up our own blueprints and mark every piece so that we are sure we put it back exactly the way it was. We will remove it from your property and clean up all debris associated with the structure. Leaving the slab clean.

Used Buildings
Pre Engineered Steel Buildings(Red Iron) are 100 year buildings, so when an existing building needs to be removed because of change of property use, annexation or to make way for something larger, it can be rebuilt in a new location. Hence used buildings.

We also come across used buildings because they were damaged during a storm. The insurance company will total the building just like a car and it will be of little or no value to them. However just like a car, new parts can replace the damaged parts and the car will run and drive just fine. That's where we come in. We can rebuild a damaged building and make it look like new by replacing all the roof and wall sheeting and trim. The new owner will get to pick out his own color scheme. These are perfect for accessory buildings here in Benton or Washington County. Getting a new Engineering Stamp is available for an additional cost, however not needed if it is not going to be used as a dwelling.
